Processing Time

For in-stock orders: 1-6 Business Days
For pre-order orders: Release Time + 1-6 Business Days

Note: The product page displays an estimated Release Time, which depends on the supplier’s production and logistics (for Genshin items, the supplier is miHoYo). Once the items arrive at our warehouse, we will process them for shipping ASAP.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is provided on the Checkout or Cart page under the shipping fee section. Enter your address for details. Expedited shipping is used for most regions. Note: All the times mentioned are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions or customs processing.

Order Type

If all the items in an order are in-stock, the order will be treated as an in-stock order.
If the order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, it will be treated a pre-order order.

Note: In-stock items may be delayed by pre-order items in a mixed pre-order order. To avoid this, you may place separate orders. But if the Release Time for the pre-order item is very long, we may ship the in-stock items separately to avoid excessive delays.
